Plastisol Verdunner - IC 1110 NP Curable Viscosity Reducer

International Coatings' 1110 NP (Non-Phthalate) Curable Reducer will lower the viscosity of plastisol inks without affecting the fusing characteristics. 1110 Curable Reducer can also help in reducing ink buildup on the back of successive screens when printing wet-on-wet.

When adding reducers to any plastisol ink, use a minimal amount of reducer to help maintain opacity. The recommended proportion of 1110 reducer to ink is 1% to 10% by weight until desired viscosity is achieved.

Products that are designated as curable reducers will fuse or cure by themselves with the application of proper heat and time. The use of a curable reducer is highly recommended for general use when adjusting the viscosity of plastisol inks because these curable reducers and modifiers can fuse or cure by themselves with the proper application of heat and time. This means that if too much of the curable reducer or curable modifier is added, the mixed ink will still fuse or cure.
